What is Flow Club?

Flow Club is a virtual coworking platform designed to help you focus, stay accountable, and build better work habits in a supportive community. Inspired by the science of flow states and productivity, Flow Club brings together remote workers, creatives, freelancers, and entrepreneurs in live, guided sessions that make deep work more achievable. Whether you’re struggling with distractions, working from home, or simply want more structure in your day, Flow Club provides the environment you need to get things done—with others by your side.

What does Flow Club do?

Flow Club helps you get into a state of focused work by combining community accountability with structured work blocks. Each session includes a quick check-in, a short intention-setting exercise, and a series of timed sprints designed to maximize your productivity. You’ll work silently alongside others who are also committed to making progress, and regroup briefly at the end to reflect. These sessions not only help you beat procrastination but also reinforce positive habits over time, making it easier to build consistency and momentum in your work routine.

How does Flow Club work?

You join a live Flow Club session via video, hosted by a trained guide who keeps the structure moving. The session starts with a short round of intention-setting, where everyone shares what they plan to focus on. You’ll then dive into a series of silent, timed sprints—usually around 25 minutes each—with a short break in between. The presence of others creates a low-pressure, high-focus atmosphere that helps you stay on task. At the end, there’s a short reflection to help you acknowledge your progress. With sessions available throughout the day, Flow Club makes it easy to schedule focused work time when you need it most.
